There is only one way to achieve happiness.  That way is to simply be happy.   The Law of Attraction says that what we think becomes reality.  The things you think are energy, just as the entire universe is energy.  As you think about your reality, or simply let thoughts run through your mind, you are shaping your reality.  You do this by the Law of Attraction.  The energy you send out collects with like energy.  Then, the universe responds to your feelings by returning the energy back to you.  This happens for good or bad feelings.  Someone who thinks life is a pain in the butt will end up with hemorrhoids. 

 

You’re probably thinking right now how do I get to be happy, “Things just don’t work like that, what about the times that I am miserable because of problems of  my everyday life, not to mention the tragedies.”   At this point you have to stop and meditate.  Meditation can be done many different ways, just find the one that works best for your purposes. 

 

In this day and time with all the things we have to deal with in our lives it is very hard to stay on a positive level and be happy all the time.  We as humans can’t help but think and complain about what we don’t like or want in our lives.  Those thoughts just bring more to complain about.  Using meditation we can quiet our thoughts, we need to stop thinking so much and just let life happen.  Taking a few minutes a day just meditating by yourself will help you keep things in perspective where instead of being unhappy about the situation you are in you can find a way to find the happy part of being unhappy.

 

Cycle breathing is used in most forms of meditation; in fact it’s a form of mediation on its own.  Quiet your thoughts and think of nothing, it’s the first step. Your breath brings you life.  Live, Love and be happy.


Cycle Breathing

In through the nose, out through the mouth.

Feel your chest rise.

Think of nothing else.

Your breath entering bringing you life.

Your chest raising.

Nothing else matters.

Your are here, now, living, safe.

Nothing else matters.

STOP THINKING SO MUCH

In reality it has taken you as long as you have been alive to become the way you are today.  It has also taken you that long to achieve what you have achieved, to possess, and to arrive at your current condition.  By taking the time to meditate and think about who you are, and what you have in your life that makes you happy, you will attract all things good.

 If you are completely satisfied with the way your life is going, congratulations!  Do more of what you have been doing and you will get more of what you already have in your life.
